Working environment

Rcan try to create a better office environment to our peoples. The employees will be asked to fulfill some questionnaires randomly.

Training

Rcan advocate a learning organization, we always try to provide some kinds of training courses to our peoples, including the corporate culture to new comers, customer training, on-the-job training etc.,

In order to help these new hands to put themselves into a new position as soon as possible, they will study enterprise culture, products knowledge, sales skill, service standard etc., Normally the training time from two weeks up to two months.

Salary system

We obey the standard of Minimum Wage per month from the local government, besides we provide a competitive salary system. HR department will research the data regularly, and adjust the salary system every year according to company‘s sales achievement and the market change.

The bonus comes from the complete status of employees’ KPI, Job Responsibilities, and project plan. Meanwhile we also consider the total compensation package.
